Basic coated manganese bronze (Cu Mn Al Ni) electrode for welding and surfacing of aluminium bronzes and for dissimilar joining between steels and copper alloys. Recommended for surfacing steels, copper alloys and cast iron.
Very good welding characteristics, stable arc, low projections, very good slag removal.
Principal applications: Naval constructions and chemical industry (pumps, propellers...). Low anti-friction properties of the deposit therefore also destined to overlay on sliding guides
