· Tubular wire for self shielded metal arc hardfacing
· Repair or rails
· This wire, used in DC+, exhibits weld deposits with good appearance, with low spattering, slag removal
is excellent as well as penetration
· Weld deposit with bainitic structure exhibiting good combination of wear resistance, mechanical strength
et ductility. Microstructure not affected by dilution and uniform on the whole weld thickness.
APPLICATIONS
FCW TLN-O is used for repair of perlitic steels containing typically 0.5 to 0.8% carbon.
