Manual brazing: CuP Ag 2%
Adding silver to CuP lowers the liquidus point. This addition also refines the alloy, improving electrical conductivity and increasing ductility.
Polyvalent alloy suitable for copper brazing, without need of using a flux, mainly used in plumbing and heating/ventilation.
Good fluidity when brazing sleeves/tubes and copper connections, machine junctions, and so forth (capillary brazing).
Its low melting temperature gives very good resistance.
Can be used on cuprous alloys (bronze, brass) with our Phosbraz Flux.
Rods of Ø 1,5 - 2 - 2,5 - 3 mm, standard length 500 mm. Other dimensions on request. Also available in wire.
